Belarusian market to be open for export of Moldovan grapes, wines

Moldova’s economic agents will be able to export Moldovan grapes and wines to the market of Belarus. Acting President and Parliament Speaker Mihai Ghimpu told a today’s news conference that he agreed on this decision at a bilateral meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko on 9 October.

Ghimpu stressed that the enforcement of this decision depends on the Moldovan government. In the context of the opening of the sales markets, the acting president said that Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, as well as President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev also stressed the openness of their countries’ markets for the Moldovan goods at the bilateral meetings on 9 October.
